Swapping those autumn leaves for palm trees and a bit of time to just sit in the sun and sweat out all the stupid stuff that's been weighing on my shoulders the last couple of months. Also, I forgot to pack my tweazers so I guess I'm growing my brows out... 🌴🌴🌴

Here's some stuff you might not know about this guy 🐶: • He loves cats. But cats do not love him. • He's 32kg of fluff - there's no escaping it; it's everywhere. • He loves boiled eggs. • He practices yoga when he wakes up (he's pretty good at The Cobra) • He's a Retriever, but he doesn't know how to retrieve or fetch. • He likes to sit in the lounge and barks indignantly when no one joins him. • His favourite toy is Bald Lion (...He chewed its mane off) • When he's in the field, he likes to belt towards me at full speed then veer off at the last minute and slide onto his back (...He knocked me clean off my feet once...) • If I get up to go to the loo in the night (I'm getting old!), he'll sneak into bed and steal my space. • He knows the words "walk" "treat" "friend" and "dinner". • He will steal socks off your feet.
I've got the house to myself tonight which means I get a little time to do all the things I like to do when Sunny's not around (my Secret Single Behaviour - what's yours?) 🙌🏻 Like, watching trashy historical dramas, whacking on my scariest face mask, burning all the candles (he's not a fan), and whipping up a zero fuss - no washing up involved - dinner. I'm a huge fan of Marks and Spencer's ready meals, especially their Italian Range and they've recently brought in some new flavours: from King Prawn Bucatini and Scallop, Pancetta and Pea Linguine, to this lovely Pancetta Carbonara. So thanks Marks and Sparks, for catering my fuss-free Friday night in and letting me get on with my "me time". Right, I'm going to scoff this, catch up with Vanity Fair and then melt a Toffee Crisp Bar with some ice cream for afters. 👌🏻 @marksandspencerfoodPR [#AD]
