Boozy Plum Puds

These plum peaks are perfect when snow-capped with a generous splodge of brandy cream, and smell amazing fresh out of the oven 🙂

Boozy Plum Puds

  • 100g butter (room temperature)
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 150g self raising flour
  • Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 finely chopped, ripe plums
  • A boozy glug of brandy
  1. Set the oven to 180.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar, then add the egg.
  3. Gradually add the flour and cinnamon, then add the chopped fruit and brandy. Mix!
  4. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. (Optional) Dust with icing sugar.
