Boozy Plum Puds
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 100g caster sugar
- 150g self raising flour
- Tsp cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 3 finely chopped, ripe plums
- A boozy glug of brandy
- Set the oven to 180.
- Cream together butter and sugar, then add the egg.
- Gradually add the flour and cinnamon, then add the chopped fruit and brandy. Mix!
- Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- (Optional) Dust with icing sugar.
