I’m definitely an Autumn/Winter girl. I love the cold; snow, thick jumpers and Autumn leaves. But if I had to pick another favourite time of year, it would now. There’s just something about May, you know? Those first summer days when the blossom’s out and we get a tease of what’s to come weather-wise (…or not, this is Wales – scorching summers aren’t really our thing). I got burnt sitting outside in the garden reading all afternoon the other day and it was amazing. Well, not the sunburn bit, obviously (Sunny always says I’m whiter than Daz), but just the sitting in the sun part. 🙂

I love your pictures! This is my favourite time of year too. I’m looking ahead to a summer of beach trips and forest walks, and I’m excited! Everything is coming back to life!

Beach walks, yes! I think the best thing about this time of year is that summer’s still on its way – it’s all to look forward to 🙂
