Christmas Shopping in Cowbridge

Just a few snaps from my trip to Cowbridge Christmas Shopping last week. It’s looking a little like something out of A Christmas Carol right now with all the old buildings bathed in winter sunshine and the doorways decked out with festive evergreen garlands. All that’s missing is the snow… but I’m not holding my breath for that! 🙂

I stopped in at No.39 and as usual wanted to buy EVERYTHING. Top of the list were the Paddywax Library Candles – particularly the Mark Twain tobacco scented one, and the Charles Dickens one for Christmas 🙂

We stopped in at The Penny Farthing for tea; it’s always so cosy in there.

Christmas is creeping closer! We’ll be slogging around in our Christmas pjs on Christmas Eve before we know it, and then it’ll all be over again for another year. Sob sob.

Such a gorgeous post, it’s remarkable how often I can go to Cowbridge and barely notice the decorations because I’m so used to it, it really takes something like this to remember it’s so beautiful so local! Hope you had a fabulous day (it looks super festive!) xx
